My, how you've grown!
We have been big fans of "inchies" for a couple of years now, so it stands to reason we'd like their big brothers - "twinchies" - just as much! Join Jenn at Tuesday's Learn at Lunch to play with inchies, twinchies and the "in-between" size called Inchies +. They make a perfect canvas for your smaller stamps. These little squares are so popular that swaps have sprung up on the Internet, and we even have storage sheets that are just perfect for displaying your collection! Stop in from 12-2 and see what all the fuss is about!

It's Ornamental
I love these Microscope frames from Ranger! They come in a variety of sizes and finishes, and they are so versatile! You can make necklaces or, as in this case, ornaments that look like they were professionally soldered with virtually no effort at all! Join us for our 7th Anniversary Open House and create this ornament for yourself! It features a stamp from the new What's in the Box collection from Memory Box. And no ornament is complete without a little "bling".

Production Line
When you are deciding on your holiday card design, you really need to consider how many cards you are going to send and plan accordingly. This card is perfect for larger numbers of cards. It's simple, but pretty, and features a brand new decorative tape (the snowflakes) from a company called Tapeswell. They have a large selection of designs to choose from, and since it's tape, you don't have to apply adhesive to the back like you would with a piece of decorative paper. Super quick! Stop in Thursday and make one for yourself - FREE!

Clearly Just Rite!
Just Rite has long been one of our favorite stamp companies. Their unique products make customizing your projects quick and simple. And now they've made them even easier to use. Join Jenn this Tuesday from 12-2 to play with their new CLEAR mounts! Now you can see exactly where you're placing your images. These clear blocks still have the "ridges", so they are fully compatible with sets you have purchased in the past. Intrigued? Stop by and see - no reservation is required!

Something Shiny, Something New!
One of the fun things we try to do as part of our 7th Anniversary Open House is introduce you to new products and/or new techniques. This card features both! This card is part of the Afternoon make-and-take session and features a new product called Inspirations paint. We used this highly iridescent paint in two ways - to paint the Hero Arts Flower in the center of the card, and on a dry inkpad to create a multicolor impression when stamped on black (it's hard to see in this photo, so stop in and see how beautiful it is in person). Hope you can join us for our special day - Saturday, August 7.

Flower Fanatic!
The new Color Me Crazy flowers from Petaloo are terribly addictive. You've been warned! These white flowers come in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be colored with Copics, Glimmer Mists and inks of virtually any kind. They can also be embossed with your Cuttlebug Embossing Folders. Don't you love how you can make them match any project you're doing? When I first got my hands on them, I immediately went to Jenn's house so we could experiment together. Her teenage son was walking by and said, "Oh can I try?" This is the 2nd time this has happened, and the last time (marbling with Smooch) turned out to be one of our most popular demos ever. We have the official "seal of approval". But don't take my word for it - stop in yourself between 12-2 on Tuesday and see what I mean. But remember....you've been warned!

A Stylish Start
During the lazy days of summer, it's hard to believe that Christmas is less than 6 months away. Why not grab a couple of spare moments to start getting organized? This stylish organizer is one of the make-and-take projects at our 7th Anniversary Open House on Saturday, August 7. Inside, you can organize your card lists, addresses, gift ideas and more. Then, when cold weather finally approaches, you can smugly sit and sip your cocoa while everyone else rushes around in a last minute frenzy. Spaces are limited for the Open House make-and-takes, so don't miss out!

What's Shakin?
Shaker cards have been around for a long time, but what has changed is how easy they are to make and all the fun things you can put inside. Stop by Tuesday between 12-2 and let Jenn show you all the combinations. This card features our Accu-Cut Shaker Box die and some fun new confetti from Petaloo. You could also fill it with mini punched paper, micro-beads, Flower Soft, sand and tiny shells....anything you can think of. If you want to try different shapes of Shakers, take a look at all of the new plastic pouches from Impression Obsession. You're bound to shake things up a bit!

Treats to Tempt You
On Saturday, August 7, we are celebrating our 7th Anniversary! In "googling" 7th Business Anniversary, I discovered that the 7th anniversary is represented by chocolate. Hey, I'm all for any excuse to eat chocolate! So, in addition to door prizes, make-and-takes, 2 brand new stamp companies and stamp swaps, there will also be chocolate (and other delicious refreshments). One of our make-and-take projects this year is a treat bag (pictured). I'm always looking for new ideas for teacher gifts, hostess treats and the like. This is a fun one to make use of your small stamps and decorative papers.
Visit our web site to reserve your spot for our make-and-takes and to read more about all of the events we have planned for the day! We sincerely hope to see you there. You've made the last 7 years....sweet!
