Art for Inchies!

Impression Obsession has released a new line of stamps to work perfectly with your Inchies and Twinchies.  Join Angela this Tuesday between 12 & 2 to play with these new stamps, and also learn how to get vibrant color on dark cardstock and inchies.  So much satisfaction in such a small canvas!

Prismacolor Perfection!

Join Angela for another fun Learn-at-Lunch.  She'll be showing you some of the cool things you can do with Prisamacolor Pencils, including creating "texture" and "design" with a stylus tool.  You'll also learn some blending techniques and play with how beautifully they color on dark surfaces (by coloring this Inchie).  Here, we incorporated the Inchie into a card, but you could also make magnets or decorate frames or boxes.  So much fun!

Inchies have Grown!

Join Dee this Tuesday between 12 & 2 for fun with "Inchies".  These inchies have grown to a fun and fabulous 3x3" size!  Dee will give hints and tips for stamping on these black matboard surfaces and for adding color, too!  As always, our Learn at Lunch demos are FREE and you don't need to pre-register.  See you there!

No Fooling!

Dee has developed quite a following for her demos, and tomorrow is likely to be no exception!  She comes prepared with lots of samples to inspire you, and even written instructions!  Wow!  Be sure to join her tomorrow, Tuesday, between 12-2 and learn all kinds of techniques for working with "inchies".  We call them inchies, but they have certainly expanded their line of products!  They have 2" squares and 3" squares and even ATC sized pieces of matboard in a variety of colors.  Let Dee show you the best methods for coloring and layering them - you'll be amazed by all the different things you can do!

I love playing with inchies. They are often just the perfect little "something" to finish off a project. And, I love that they come in 1", 1 1/2" and 2"sizes as well as in white, ivory, black and other neutral colors! They're a sturdy matboard construction, so you get dimension without popdots, and they accept ink, colored pencils and markers beautifully. So what else could possibly make them better??? Wee, but worth it!

Inchies are all the rage. For such a small canvas, you can do so much with them. Like with Artist Trading Cards, Inchie groups have popped up all over the place, swapping squares and inspiring one another. Lockhart has an entire line of stamps that coordinate with Inchies. Outlines has a box template to decorate with Inchies and store more Inchies on the inside. And, Inkidinkado has created several clear stamp sets just for Inchies. We're playing with one of those sets tomorrow as part of our Thursday Free for All. Hope you'll stop by and give it a try!
