First, we have their awesome Box die:
Great. But what does it look like when you use it? Our very own talented Deb made a sample with the store featuring the box. It is probably one of the most practical dies you can own since you could put anything in the box for just about any occasion:
I love that Deb stuffed it with suns. I never would have thought about that.
Next, how about you cat lovers out there? Check out their new Meowwwww set. I love the cartoon style:
You can do so much with it:

If you want to see how to use the glitter paste, here is a video from Bo Bunny:
You can also view the video directly on YouTube here.
Have you heard about their Stickable Stencils? They are lightly sticky on the back so that when you use them, it is much harder for paints and pastes to seep under the edges. Here is a video from Bo Bunny that shows you how to use the stencils as well as how to clean and take care of them:
You can also view the video directly on YouTube here.

Here are some samples using the stamps we just received:
How do you feel about springtime in Paris?
Or whimsical flowers?
Owls are always a popular choice:

We received a bunch of fabulous phrases and sentiments from Hampton Arts. The fonts are fantastic! Add a little accent with the Mama Elephant Sun die and texture with Bo Bunny paper and you're set. Easy and bright!
Join us Thursday between 10 and 8 and celebrate your inner sunshine. Remember, the Thursday make-and-takes are always FREE!

The LONG AWAITED spring collection of images, stencils, dies and papers have arrived from Penny Black, and they are glorious. This is just a partial sampling of what we received. You will be inspired (and hope that the long winter is finally over will be restored) just by stamping and coloring these images. And I'm not even being overly dramatic!
Sunday, March 22, 2015
As always, the Learn at Lunch demos are FREE and no reservation is required. Come on over!
Wednesday, March 18, 2015
We'll create the background with Memento Luxe inks, and then add even more luscious color with Dylusion Sprays. Instead of spraying them, we poured the color, undiluted, into reservoir pens to color in small, controlled areas. Stunning!
We'll add some detail with the white Signo pen and watch the images really pop! You won't want to miss this, so please join us! Remember, the Thursday FREE-for-all really is FREE!

These are the brand new Neon Amplify puffy paints from Tsukineko. They are a fluid paint in tubes with a fairly fine tip, so they are easy to control. Place them anywhere you want a little color or dimension, then heat set them. They become very opaque, and they really POP on dark paper.
Because they are very fluid, you can also use them with your stencils to create an entirely different look. So much fun!
Join me Tuesday (and wear GREEN - it's St. Patrick's Day) between 12 & 2, and give it a try for yourself!

The old adage that when it rains it pours is so true! We ordered a lot of new paper collections, and they seem to have arrived at the same time.
First, we have the new Garden Journal collection from Bo Bunny. It is simply gorgeous! It is soft and feminine and features a lot of birds and flowers:
Next, how about Webster's Pages? It is definitely a favorite at the store, and we have the new "Dream in Color" collection. It is bright and vivid and will speak to your inner artist.
How about a new company to the store? Check out Blue Fern. We have four of their new collections!
It is an absolute avalanche of paper, and there is sure to be something for everyone!

First, the new Color of the Month will be Mermaid Lagoon. Ranger hasn't shipped these products yet, but we expect them soon. If you want us to hold anything for you, please call the store or send us an email. The list of people who want the monthly color held for them has grown, so if you want to be added, just let us know!
Continuing with inks... Did you know Ranger has new dye ink pads? Here is what Ranger has to say about them:
Ranger’s Dye Ink Pads are water-based dye inks that are both fade resistant and waterproof when dry. The cushioned, raised felt pad is the best surface for inking up stamps of all kinds. The new Dye Ink Pads feature 12 vibrant, on-trend colors making them a great addition to any crafter’s color assortment. Palette coordinates with the Ranger Acrylic Paint Dabbers. Also available in 1/2 oz. re-inkers.
There are also new Layering Stencils. Here are a few that arrived:
We will keep you updated as more arrives.
Finally, this has nothing to do with new product, but it made me laugh. I don't think my non-crafty friends would think it was as funny:

We couldn't get enough of them, so this Thursday's FREE make-and-take card features 3 stamps from their new spring collection.
And, we're trying something new! We've put all 3 stamps needed to recreate this card, plus all cardstock, ribbon and twine to create 5 more just like it in a convenient kit - all for $20.00!
Join us Thursday any time between 10 & 8 and make the card. And make it easy on yourself - snag a kit to take home!

Our rep emailed to let us know she is bringing six boxes of dies, two boxes of Cover a Card backgrounds, extra catalogs, and 20 sample boards of cards from their design team, including the amazingly talented Kittie Caracciolo. You won't want to miss the chance to see Kittie's work in person. Bring your camera!!! In addition, there will be a free demo as well as a free make and take card. So much fun!
Feeling left out that you can't join the party? We have you covered there too. Here are links to the Impression Obsession die catalogs.

We will have the dies at the store on Tuesday, so if you see something you like, call the store or send us an email. We would be so happy to put the die aside for you. The best part is we will have the dies at the store so that you won't have to wait for an order to arrive!
Want a sneak peek of what is coming? Here is just a sample of the boards that will be at the store. Of course, samples look so much better in person, but this will give you an idea:
Can't wait to see you Tuesday!

Donna will be here with dozens and dozens of I.O.'s latest dies and Cover-a-Card stamps. Bring your camera because there will be samples to inspire you as well! And Angela will be demonstrating how to use the dies and coordinating stamps that cut multiple images at the same time (and are different from other dies in that they don't leave a border around the image either). You'll also be making this stunning card featuring one of the Cover-a-Card backgrounds and a cool resist technique!
Lots going on, so don't miss it! See you there!
