I.O. Beautiful Backgrounds
Impression Obsession released a bunch of new Cover-a-Card backgrounds at the recent trade show. We get lots of questions about ways to use them - so stop in Tuesday between 12 & 2 and try a couple of different ways (although, there are literally dozens of options). Angela will be showing you techniques with Color Burst watercolor powders and Pan Pastels. You'll get to try a background with both - and you can take your backgrounds home and create cards on your own! See you there!

New Distress Oxide Pads
We have been getting a lot of questions about the new Distress Oxide pads. What are they? How are they different from regular Distress pads? Jennifer McGuire made an amazing video introducing you to the pads. It is a really long video, but it provides a ton of information:
You can also watch the video directly on YouTube here- https://youtu.be/mhMUJA6V3Zk
We have all of the Distress Oxide pads in stock as well as the reinkers. We always recommend getting the reinkers for the Distress line of products because you often use them for backgrounds and will go through the ink faster than you might other ink pads.
Want to try the Oxide pads in person to see if you like them? Want someone to help you with the process of using them? Laura has two upcoming Distress Oxide classes. The Sunday class is full, but the Monday, February 27 class still has spaces available- http://ahappystamper.com/classes/distressoxide2.htm

New Ranger
The new Ranger products have arrived! There are Distress Crayons, Distress Oxide Pads, new colors of Stickles/Liquid Pearls/Enamel Accents, journals, paints, stamps, and more. We worked hard at putting the Ranger wall together tonight. Of all the ink pad brands, we always recommend getting the reinkers for the Distress line. They are often used for backgrounds or direct to paper, so you tend to run through the ink faster than other pads.

New Neat and Tangled
This is going to be a long post because I was having a really hard editing what samples to share with you. It was a lot easier to just go ahead and show them.
Look at all the things you can do with this background:
Need some ideas for St. Patrick's Day?
Squirrels are not just for autumn! Plus, they are so much fun to color
This heart stamp and die seem to go with everything. They are great for making a frame or a cut out window.

Terial Magic
We are so exited about a new product that we have at the store. It is called Terial Magic, and it is going to be a great addition to your crafting supplies.
So, what is this product exactly? It is a non-toxic stabilizer that when sprayed onto cloth will make the cloth similar to paper. All you have to do is spray the fabric, let it dry, and then iron it. It becomes stiff and you can run it through an ink jet printer, die cut it, run it through an electronic cutter, make 3-D products, etc.. Fun!
Here is a video introduction to the product:
Here is a video of how to run it through your printer. The gift giving possibilities are endless!

Stencil Girl
Hi guys. Laura here. I just wanted to let you know we are placing a Stencil Girl order on Monday for some 6" x 6" stencils. Is there anything you want us to order for you? I absolutely love their designs and they even have a new release. Call us at the store or email us at angelashappystamper@gmail.com with any request. More and more people have been asking about stencil designs since the arrival of Clarity Brushes at the store. I have to admit, I enjoy using them with PanPastels as well as ColorBurst powders.
Here are a few stencils samples using their products:
Waterways stencil with ColorBurst powders
Seoul Day stencil with PanPastels
Whimsical Waves Stencil with ColorBurst powders.
For more information on all three cards, here is a link to my original blog post- http://stampart.blogspot.com/2016/09/iostencil-girl-blog-hop.html
