Last week, I colored some vellum with a Wink of Stella glitter pen because I heard it didn't warp the paper. That turned out to be totally true, and it also got me motivated to pull out my vellum and start playing again. I hear lots of questions regarding vellum...1) What ink should I use? 2) How do I color it? 3) How should I adhere it to my card? I will answer all of these questions (because there is more than one answer for each one, of course) and we'll also look at how to dry emboss to create white, dimensional snowmen - wow!
