For this Tuesday's Technique Tag, Jenn is playing with something completely new - Chrystal Gel from Viva Decor. We're specifically using the Hologram color, because it is truly spectacular! This gel is transparent but produces incredible light breaking, three-dimensional effects. It is water resistant and can be used on virtually any surface.
