When I planned this Learn at Lunch demo last month, I thought it was going to be all the different methods we have for stitching: stamping the image to be stitched, using the Bazzill templates to poke holes and then stitch and maybe even reintroducing the Stitching Stickers. But then I discovered these Punch & Stitch punches, and all that other "stuff" lost my interest for the moment. These long reach punches come in a variety of shapes. The one we'll be playing with punches holes in a circle shape. It's a time saver because it punches the entire circle at once, and it's very tidy - all the holes are the same size! But the best part is the versatility of the stitching - with this single punch, there are at least 10 different ways to stitch it to create unique designs (I'll show you ALL 10 during the demo and maybe we'll even come up with more)! And that's just for the circle punch. There are several other designs as well including "cross", "flower", square and scallop. Join me (Angela) from 12 - 2 on Tuesday and see what you think!

Have I told you lately how much you enable me? Sending you an email ... sigh ...
Lovely cards! Any tricks for getting the punch to punch in a straight line/circle?
Nancy, the idea book has lots of templates you can use to keep your lines and circles straight. The punch has a center "sight line" so you can see marks you've made, and it also has "tic marks" so you can be sure everything is aligned. It's a really well-designed and thoughtfully made product!
