New Company

Did you miss the Open House?  One of the new companies we premiered was Honey Bee Stamps.  They have absolutely gorgeous images that add a touch of class and elegance to your cardmaking.  There are samples at the store to help inspire you, but here is a peek at their style:

Not only do they make great cards, but people have been using them to make their own coloring books.  What a great idea for a handmade gift for the holidays!

Wednesday Free Make and Take

Join us Wednesday, October 19th anytime from 10am-8:30pm to make this fun Halloween card. It uses stamps from Impression Obsession, My Favorite Things, and Paper Smooches (saying inside) as well as Copic markers and Stardust sparkle pens. Spooktacular!

Need some new inky inspiration?  Join Angela for a free Learn at Lunch demo on Tuesday, October 18th anytime from 12pm-2pm to play with monochromatic Hero Arts Shadow inks as a means for layering color.  See you then!

Amber Waves of Grain!

We have loved the Ombre Pads from Hero Arts for quite some time.  So, imagine our delight when they introduced two new ombre pads - this time in a metallic pigment ink.  The pigment ink is nice and thick (opaque), so it pops right off dark colored card stock!  Plus, you can easily emboss it for extra shine on your shimmer!

Join Angela between 12 & 2 on Tuesday and get your hands on these beauties.  You'll be hooked!

Anniversary Open House
Mark your calendars and plan to join us as we celebrate lucky 13 years as your local stamp store with a fabulous open house on Saturday, October 15 from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The Embry Rucker Community Shelter (ERCS) is a 70-bed residential shelter that provides healthy, safe, emergency housing for families and single men and women. They are dedicated to helping clients overcome the circumstances that led to their homelessness, and facilitate their transition to stable housing. They are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
